Efficient and robust (and user friendly)
Tresorit has provided our lawfirm a most efficient and extremely reliable cloud solution to manage and store files and set privileges among out organization, including client access and file sharing. Localization of data is a key option, especially as we can secure our data according to data protection laws. Updates are regular and well implemented and we had a 100% rate of service over the last 8 years without any disruption. A 100% score !
Amazing app
Works 10/10, only thing I would love to see is folder-level FileProvider. This would allow me to get full use of apps like Metanote and beorg, which require this feature in order to open folders within a cloud service provider. I‘m still giving 5/5 stars because this is kind of a niche request that I don‘t see the majority of people needing but would still improve my personal quality of life! Thanks

Gute App, aber eine App für Kollaboration müsste schon eine Möglichkeit bieten automatisch zu erfahren, wenn Kolleg:innen neue Dateien uploaden.
Best cloud solution
Simply the best cloud. Using it on a daily basis for 10 years and won’t change.
Unsafe ! Do not use !
I aborted a copy paste that was to slow. It permanently deleted all files without any warning.
camera uploads keep hanging
when I activate camera upload tresorit just freezes and gives up
Bugging users with popups and review requests
E.g. “tell me what you think” modal popups where the only option is to submit a mandatory opinion or select “Later”. All this with app-store evaluation popups disabled. It also applies to users on a paid plan. More unresolved issues: - not possible to update the account holder name and email. Thus failing to comply with the GDPR. - macOS extended attributes are not synced (and not displayed, e.g. color codes) - missing option to use WebAuthn as a second factor.

Ich habe das 14Tage Test Program gemacht. App ist gut aufgebaut. Sie funktioniert auch gut auf dem iPhone. Aber schlussendlich musste ich mir sagen für Privat Nutzer ist sie zu Teuer. Sie haben nämlich die Preise raufgesetzt. Neu 12.- pro Monat für Neu 1T. Jahresrechnung oder 14.49 pro Monat
Ich liebe Trezorit, aber…
Um wirklich voll auf Trezorit umzusteigen bräuchte ich zwingend auch eine NAS Lösung (Synology). Solange das nicht möglich ist kommt das Ding bei mir auch nie richtig in den Einsatz.
