Cannot open any file in the app anymore

So this app is a great to replace the nonsecure basic file systems pre-downloaded on the IOS platform, but the downside to this service is it's not transparent. The application information in the iTunes store will not show an in-app purchase option until your FREE 14 days are almost expired then they tell you you will have to pay to continue to use their service. The description doesn't mention anything either; but visiting their website now you'll find their prices. So monthly prices: Business $24mthly/19mthly ($228 yearly or immediately when subscription starts) or Professional $33.99mthly/$27.49mthly ($293.88 yearly or immediately when subscription starts). Free 14days. Very disappointing; companies such as this take advantage of private citizens since they known they don't read the Terms of Use. I thought this was a different sort of company but it the same as the rest.

Ease of use. Secure. Yes, there are less expensive options. But did I mention ease of use and secure?

I’m pretty sure it’s not their fault. With all of the things Tresorit can do you need to dig deep and spend sometime learning the program. But once you do there are endless possibilities. I think Tresorit listens to its customers and then creates those features. Is there anything more important this? I do not work for this company.

I've been using Tresorit for years, and overall has been reliable. However, my recent experience with their technical support has left me disappointed. For the first time I needed assistance, but their support team was unresponsive and difficult to reach. This lack of support makes me question whether I want to continue using a service that doesn't adequately support its users in times of need. Reliable customer support is crucial for any service, especially one that handles sensitive data, and Tresorit's recent shortcomings in this area have been a significant letdown.

On desktop spent over 6 months syncing cloud data with local storage. Support was not very helpful. Ended up deleting old data and starting anew. Mobile ios (3.5.1966.4010)version crashes when I open any folder.

Client side encryption keeps EVERYONE else’s eyes off my files. Encrypting BEFORE the transmission of the files keeps it private even with proxies. Others send the files and then encrypt. Client side encryption is the only way I’ll store my financial and estate files in the cloud.

Easy setup, seamless and smooth navigation and quick uploads.

This app will not let me put in my own password. I use a cheat sheet from the military to create passwords- so if it’s good enough for them it should be good enough for you.

I couldn’t type my password confirmation as iOS builtin password suggestion overwrites my initial password every time. I’ve never had this issue with other apps.
