I’ve been training with TriDot since 2019, it’s a phenomenal approach to tri training. I’m hitting personal best times that I never thought I’d see, without injury and without the training loads prescribed by other programs.
Tridot has been a game changer in my training. After being on another platform and training just for time being on TriDot has already made me better and challenging me more than I could imagine. The amount of metrics are amazing and seeing how you improve is really motivating. The app is easy to use and communication with your coach is seamless! All triathletes should use this!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. No more IM DNF’s here anymore!!! Having the likes of Mark Allen, Tim ODonnell, Rinny, Mike Reilly and so many more involved in making this app successful is a no brainer for me - I want to learn from the best!
Pod cast is great. Listen to it out on long runs. My coaching is great and lots of Zoom meetings so I feel like they are invested in me . Most workouts are short and intense and fit well for most athlete’s busy lives. Kris
Highly recommend tridot app. I continuously pushes you at your own rate to make you a stronger triathlete.
I have been with TriDot for 5 years now and have done very subscription level they have. The program allows me to workout everyday without being injured and I love the workouts. They are different and fun. And the community is second to none!!
I’m in my 5th year using Tridot and still love it! Customized program based on MY current performance levels, easy to use and update and a wealth of knowledge in the Tridot community. There is a subscription level for everyone depending on what you are looking for. Tridot takes care of the development of the training program for ME while my job is to execute.
This program is amazing. It works for all levels and has been instrumental in improving my triathlon skills in all disciplines. It works for me. Not a generalized program for anyone. It’s about my levels, my skills, my capabilities. It has most of the Ironman courses in there plus some as well as a great program for just running. It’s easy to use and understand. The group of users are also super friendly and helpful. 5/5 recommended.
I love the custom training plans designed just for me! I’ve been using TriDot for 2 years now and can’t imagine using any other training program. All other training programs are just guessing what I need.
