I pay for using this app from iPhone The teacher are most of them very good and really teaching useful information. However the app itself not really useful there is so many thing to improve… Very hard to use it and is crash a lot .. but the teacher are great . The is not much classic guitar lessons and this sad .
Too bad the app won’t keep on playing when the screen is locked
Better than GuitarTricks and JamPlay by far !!! Tried all of them, this one is a keeper. Straight one year subscription. Got the October discount for 119$ annual ! Crazy courses, fun and informative and great videos quality and arrangement.
i never use the app
Content is great! App itself is somewhat confusing. Navigation can be challenging, there's no obvious visual affordance for where you are in a set of lessons. "Standard" iOS paradigms seem to be missing. But! Synced video and tab is great, navigation up and down through lesson tab is solid on iPad.
Sometimes the audio continues after I’ve exited a video. I then have to close and reopen the app
Content is great! The app is lacking important video features like showing the time during video playback and easy skip forward or back capability
I cannot play a video and open full screen without the screen turning black or the buttons not working, let alone try opening another app and coming back to TrueFire to resume a video
Everything you want to do on this app costs you money on top of the “privilege” of paying for the base service. Of all the apps and services that are available this is the least truthful about the full cost of ownership and use. If I wanted to pay that much for all the services I’d go directly to a local instructor. I feel extremely mislead and it’s so hard to identify what’s included in the subscription outright. It seems like everything I select has another purchase button. I won’t be giving Truefire another dollar. There are too many competing platforms that don’t nickel and dime me for use. I just wish I didn’t prepay for a year. #robbed.
How do I print the PDFs for the lessons? I’ve wasted enough time on this. Is it a secret?
