Not working for foreigners
Cannot register even though have Thai bank account and and debit card
As a foreigner, why bother?
I went through the application process for my 3 kids. The virtual master card allows the wallet to be connected to services like Grab and Lazada. There’s convenient scan to pay at 7-eleven. BUT, as a foreigner this app is useless because (at the time of writing) it doesn’t support prompt pay, meaning the above services are all you can do with it. You can’t scan to pay your friends and they can’t scan to pay you. This app needs to support prompt pay for it to be beneficial to foreigners living in Thailand.

การยืนยันตัวตนที่เซเว่น หรือตู้ทรูเติมเงิน ไม่สามารททำรายการได้ในขณะนี้ .. เมื่อวานร้อนมากๆ แวะเซเว่นสองสาขา แวะตู้ทรูอีก เสียเวลา น้ำมันยิ่งแพงๆ ระบบออนไลน์ไม่ทำงาน แทนที่จะแจ้งเตือนผ่านแอ็ปว่าระบบมีปัญหาจะได้ไม่ต้องเสียเวลา ปาดเหงื่อ ทีแจ้งเตือนอื่นๆที่ไม่ได้มีประโยชน์อะไรแจ้งจนน่ารำคาญ ที่น่าแจ้งไม่แจ้งให้ทราบ แย่มาก
เพิ่มบัตร MasterCard ไม่ได้
ปัญหานี้เป็นมาได้ปีกว่าแล้วครับ ยังคงเพิ่มบัตร MasterCard ไม่ได้ครับ เมื่อ 2 ปีก่อนผมยังเพิ่มบัตรใบนี้กับ True Wallet ได้ปกตินะครับ แต่ตอนนี้ทำไม่ได้แล้ว ผมลองเปลี่ยนบัตรใบใหม่แล้วก็ยังไม่ได้ ปกติที่ผมใช้บัตรใบนี้กับบริการออนไลน์อื่นๆ ทันทีที่กดเพิ่มบัตรจะถูก Redirect ไปยังหน้า Security เพื่อยืนยันการตัดเงินครับ เป็นหน้า Security ของผู้ออกบัตรครับ แต่กลับกันเมื่อกดเพิ่มบัตรจาก True Wallet มีข้อความ Alert แจ้งว่า “ไม่สามารถทำรายการได้” ไม่มีการ Redirect ไปยังหน้า Security ของผู้ออกบัตรแต่อย่างใด รบกวน Developers แก้ไขปัญหาตรงนี้ด้วยครับ หรือสามารถติดต่อ Developers เพื่อพูดคุยโดยตรงได้ช่องทางไหนบ้างครับ ปล. ผมเป็นผู้ใช้บริการ True Wallet ในชีวิตประจำวันทุกวันครับ ขอบคุณครับ
