TRX: Workouts at Home Reviews

Won’t let me redeem my token for my free one year access

Everluv123 on

Canada

Not happy, there is no option to redeem the token (key to free card) that came with the system I purchased. What a rip off!!!!!

Scam

Kelsey6661946379292826362 on

Canada

Tried to cancel my membership after free trial and still getting charges on my credit card. It says no membership is associated with my account. Horrible website. Horrible app

App needs to be updated

Dermadiva on

Canada

Saved workouts feature doesn’t work after the last ISO update. Won’t load, won’t open. Tried to write to support in the app and they said the issue could not be reported and to write to customer support. 🙄

Unauthorized charges!

Taisiia H on

Canada

I signed up for a free trial in October 2022 and canceled it one month later. Since then they were charging my credit card every month without authorization! I called the bank but they cannot help. Avoid this SCAM

Provide info, then surprise paywall

Xltdcblr on

Canada

Drives me nuts to provide my personal email to set up an account, only to learn that nothing is free. Monitization is fine, just let me know before wasting my time.

Terrible app

gnolud on

Canada

I love using TRX but the app isn’t sharing data with IHealth , I uninstalled and installed the app many time , redo the setting in IHealth to read data each time . Also my watch doesn’t allow me to use TRX app says I am not signed in . Contacted TRX support someone replied after 4 days to uninstall and reinstall the app and included the link to download the app in the App Store, grrr . Very frustrating .

Bring the old version back

rjasms on

Canada

Older version was better, not impressed with the updated one at all. It’s like they regressed, what gives 🤔

Rip off

Xxccbh on

Canada

Had workouts saved with old app now all pay for use. I guess the money spent on the bands wasn’t enough. Garbage rip off.

All hype but no game

yukonKidd on

Canada

They have a cool name, but I ultimately found it out to be a waste of time. Everything is hidden behind pay and before you can even login and they take a bunch of personal information. Look around I think you can do much better.

Latest version is far less enjoyable

Matschraeder on

Canada

Is there a way I can revert to version 9? I have been away for TRX for about 8 months and have just recently discovered the updated app. I really dislike V10. The updated approach to workouts really does not induce a steady workout flow. The update feels very similar to the Peloton style of led workouts. I also find the choices for training sessions somewhat uninspiring… “mama strong”?!? The previous app version was straight forward, focused and easy to facilitate fitness goals. I’d really love to see an option where the original guided workouts were available for those who enjoy them as well as the new updated app for those who like them.
