Memberships are monthly or annual. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your membership renews automatically through your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. There is no increase in cost when renewing. Memberships can be managed, and auto-renewal turned off by going to your account settings on your device after purchase. Once purchased, the current period cannot be canceled.

Just videos

Really it is just videos. Cute when doing it first time but I just want something to see time and list of workouts with complimentary video in the background. I want something that I can mute completely (and I don’t want to read subtitles). This was just a step in the wrong direction

Not much good

I have been using this app more than two years n unfortunatelly they dont inform you about what is news or somethng like that so u must find everything alone :/

Totally reworked app!

Great app with many exercises, very rich selection, not just TRX, also running, cycling, stretching, yoga, indoor, outdoor with selection of real couches. One of the best fitness apps!

Helping get ready for Gladiator mud race. Keeps the pace, can preview excercises while excercising :).

Very good for beginners

I just bought TRX and didn't know how to start. This is a great trainer. I finished my first session 2 minutes ago and I feel just great. Exhausted, but knowing that I did it right!

Not happy

First very complicated login - why do you even need to log in? It's just an training app. It could easily run without it. Then there are only 4 excercises and the rest is paid. Not good. And lastly while browsing the tutorials, there is no back button. Like really? What a n bad UX. Not recommended, it really annoys me.
