Cannot delete the lock

I have sell my lock to my customer but the admin is pair with my phone. From my customer site he already pair with new device. But end up I cannot delete from my phone anymore. Please advise

Door lock set records log can’t be delete

this one no good in term of privacy protection, pls look into this area to allow records deletion. This is a common feature for apps usage.
