Extra charges
We have now had this app for about 16 months. It works well and have never had additional charges until the other morning when we were expecting a trade person. Never been a problem before we just leave it on passage way. Suddenly we had a message saying we need to purchase advance settings. We were in a rush and left with no choice. This cost us £85. Prior notice would have let us consider alternatives.
What will they suddenly charge for next without notice. We have emailed them but with no response. A good app but not trustworthy!!

Great versatile app, I decided to buy a second lock that supported this software.
Great app just need a widget
This app works perfect for my new lock some great features and easy to use just wish there was a widget
Simple but not fully working
This app doesn’t seem update the battery percentage. I’m using rechargeable energizer batteries and it’s still showing 55% on a full charge? How do I get this to update and show me the correct battery percent?
OK set of features but badly designed
On surface it has a lot of features but misses some very basic functions as per below:
1. No option to delete an old lock if you are not next to the lock
2. No option to re-order locks if you have more than 1. That in combination with the very basic Apple Watch App means that on the Apple Watch you can only see and control the first lock ever added even if you no longer own it or can use it.
3. Separate button for remote unlock over bridge and local unlock with BLE. App should be clever enough to select what connection/protocol to use depending on the BLE (or not) connection of the phone with lock.
4. Apple Watch is very basic, only one button with misleading sign (showing a locked lock pad when the App can only unlock the lock, not lock it). Cannot control.more than one locks. You have no visual confirmation of the Watch or App) is BLE connected to the lock. You just press the button and hope it works if you get a successful message.
On top of the above your get un-interested customer care/support that never responded to any of my questions and problems....I guess the lock and the App is the definition of "you get what you pay for" Cheap-ish lock and even cheaper App.
Brilliant lock and software
We’ve had 2 of these locks on our front and back doors for the last 2 years and I can’t recommend them smog highly.
They have been reliable and mean that all members of our family can come and go as they please.
We have codes for our housekeeper, for our parents and even for a neighbour.
The software is excellent too.
If this communicated via Zigbee, instead of Bluetooth, it would be massively adopted by home automation enthusiasts, like Home Assistant and Apple HomeKit,
Sadly, does not work on Zigbee - so requires its own gateway, which we have not purchased.
