建議加個功能項目
建議作者能把開鎖加進捷徑，方便15 pro 系列能用側邊按鈕直接開門鎖
無法升級
有新的韌體 但升級包永遠都是下載失敗 所以無法升級 不然整體來說是好用的 但後來想想 當初應該要選塗鴉鎖系統的 可以直接跟智慧家庭連動
付費是美金還是台幣

客服無人回應
之前慢慢增加指紋感應次數，結果後來直接不能使用指紋辨識，使用接近一年，壞了反應根本無人回應，便宜是沒多便宜，服務是真的沒服務，好好慎選吧
舊鎖已不見 換新鎖 如何刪除app中的該鎖
原鎖已不在附近（退貨） 不過還有其他TTL鎖 但是APP 無法刪除該舊鎖
沒通知
我手機綁定鎖可以收到房客開門的通知，但是我給家人副管理員權限，房客開門他們都沒有收到通知，可不可以新增這個功能
建議將語音助手功能裡面的安全密碼取消
語音助手訴求的就是方便，假設我google 語音助手就放在客廳，我叫語音助手幫我開客廳的門還需念出安全碼，這個動作就很多此一舉，然後目前也沒有選項可以取消安全碼的設定，假設真的有安全上的疑慮的話建議可以讓user 自己選擇是否要設置安全碼。
教我啊！
註冊設定密碼沒有英文可以選搞屁喔！
