藍牙連接問題
目前感覺是不錯，不過我手機都有連接藍牙為什麼我每次要開啟紀錄時都要點讀取紀錄才能顯示最新的開門紀錄 希望這個能改進

有新的韌體 但升級包永遠都是下載失敗 所以無法升級 不然整體來說是好用的 但後來想想 當初應該要選塗鴉鎖系統的 可以直接跟智慧家庭連動

客服無人回應
之前慢慢增加指紋感應次數，結果後來直接不能使用指紋辨識，使用接近一年，壞了反應根本無人回應，便宜是沒多便宜，服務是真的沒服務，好好慎選吧
