UE | BOOM

the stereo function won’t work anymore with my two speakers i’ve tried everything i can think of before it stopped it would bounce back and forth between the two speakers now i’m lucky to get one to work won’t buy another logitech item 👎👎

I’ve always used this app with my boom 2 & 3. I just got a wonderboom 4, only to find there’s no support for it with this app. Strange.

Can’t even find its own speaker even though they’re paired and connected to the phone. Uninstall and save some storage space

The app works fine mostly. But a banner ad has been added so that I can’t access speaker information I can only click into their store that’s full of out of stock merchandise. I will probably switch to a different brand of speaker once my booms need replaced.

It's not that hard to make something that works.

I have a pair of older WonderBoom tiny round speakers and these aren’t listed for the app. I kept getting directed to the app as per Google from UE so it was misleading

3-4 years and I use the app / Hyperboom daily with no issues. Sounds great.

Speeds up. Slows down. Makes sounds like a decepticon orgy. Volume control stopped working completely. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve had such a horrible experience with an app.

App indicates that all four of my UE Booms are unsupported. Worthless.

Just trying to pair a brand new UE Boom 4. I have a computer science degree and can’t figure out any permutation of pairing/unpairing/reinstalling that will make the app recognize the speaker that is paired successfully. Logitech pretty clearly lacks the talent to make a functional iOS app at this point, it seems.
