I have never seen a GUI till now. It never opens and never went beyond the first screen. Very worst app.

Payment of bill

Sir, during payment credit card bill I have faced problem. Even while paying from app, we have to enter the credit card details/phone number /E-mail/ and so on. It is not good. If payment is directed from app then just going to bill desk/upi is easy and you get the default details of customer from app. Try to think and update sir, Thank you Valid customer since 2005.

Suggestion

When we make payment through bill desk the credit card number should be automatically populated , Which is not available This feature is available in SBI , Please work in this and provide this facility

Green pin generated but cannot transact

Green pin generated unable to do transactions

works well but on sign off gets timed out

It’s nice mobile app, explored most features & looks good. when i tried to sign off it gets timeout after 2 minutes as it’s trying to sign off.I tried 2 times still same behaviour. Please fix this issue.
