I sent 4K to my home country through this app on November 1, and today is November 4, but the money has not been received yet after 3 days. I chose this app because it offers a 0.001 SAR higher exchange rate than the other platform. When I called their helpdesk, they said that the money is no longer in their system and has already reached the receiving bank. The helpdesk mentioned that the delay is due to it being Saturday and the bank being closed. So, I tried sending the same amount through MOBILY PAY on November 3, which is a Sunday when banks are still closed, but my MOBILY PAY remittance has already been credited to my bank account in just 20 minutes.

Please fix this error. You may have a FREE international transfer fee as of now, but I cannot make a transfer due to that persistent error!

Total scam! Dont use this app. Got negative balance on what supposed to be a debit card. Nobody on their team can fix it. Just a real shame of a business this is.

Urpay app steals money, If you have a problem of gettibg back your money, they cannot solve the problem even the customer service cannot answer all the important question you ask them, They always say that the concern department didnt email them, If emergency money they cannot return back your money fast, if you want to lose your money, use their app.. its a waste of time to use this app its not safe..

Difficult in sending to beneficiaries international

When urpay started, i was so happy with the service. I even use it for international remittance and told my friends how to use it. But recently, i had problem with it. It says my wallet is not active. Tried to call their costumer service several times. Until now, even if i updated my renewed iqama, i still cant transfer money. If my wallet is not active, why did you even receive my money if i cannot use your service!!?? Now, I can’t use my money coz it’s stock in urpay. Can’t even transfer back the money to my bank account. 😩😡 UPDATE! I messaged via contact us yesterday and I still did not receive a response from you. We tried several times to call your hotline and for every agent we spoke to, they give us different answers. First they said my wallet will be active the following day. The following day, we called, someone told us to reinstall the app. Then someone updated my iqama. Then the other one said my wallet will be activated in 1-12hrs. Now, it's been 12hrs and now the agent is telling us that my account is blocked because i’m using it outside KSA! Why just now you told us about it! You hold my money and i cant even returned it to my alrahji bank account! How will i use the money! Why did you even receive the money if you won’t let me use your application! If I can’t use your service, just return my money! Then one of your costumer service representative said it was my fault! What a great service to tell your costumer that! That’s why we’re calling! We’re asking for help!

Before if i use this app it is very fast I dont know now what is going on if I transfer money from stc to urpay its takes 3 days to 4 And I don’t know why become like this
