Monogram is very bad team and I will send the amount in after seven days is not a deposit my account and I will call the MoneyGram. He says your father name and your grandfather name what is this nonsense? Very bad app
From 3 months same error…mobile number not match id , then how am I logged in with the app…..worst app i ever used

It’s really very disappointing that we trust such apps because it really helps to do remittance on timely manner but this time I had a local transfer to UR pay wallet but it had been more than 5 days and the amount transferred is not yet reflecting in my UR pay account. Have done several complaints but as stated by the customer service that it’s was a general issue the day I made local remittance. I understand that there might be some issues but how long it’s going to take to fix the issue 6 days? Really it’s very disappointing and I feel helpless that my money is nowhere. Also we cannot reach or talk to any superior who can give us a word and trust. Still waiting for the so called “General Issue” to be fixed…
