I can’t create an account
I was trying to create the account to take part in the tests, but in the last step, when I try to put the username and password there is always an error message.
Fraude

Errors and more errors
Lately I keep getting “error” messages and I am not able to report problems because there are “error” messages when reporting problems. It seems that the app cannot support itself. I already lost tests, time and more because of it. So sad.
Can’t sign up
It just keeps saying something went wrong when I try to create an account. There’s nothing wrong with the user name or password as it turns red when that’s the case, I made sure multiple times.
The only payout option is PayPal
The reason why I’m giving this app to stores is because the only payout option is PayPal if they do not add another option like cash app or something other than that, I will be deleting this app
Review
Be instructions on how to get everything set up or not as clear as it could be or as user-friendly as they should be. so overall, everything is still up in the air as to whether or not the app is worth it and or is going to work to give me a little extra cash.

This is a great way to make an extra $50.00 a week for dinner and a movie. I’m so glad I found this app.
Easy to use
The UserTesting app is easy to use and interact with. My one wish, concern, “if I had a magic wand” would be to have the ability to complete the screeners for all tests on here, even though some tests are for scheduled, live interviews on a certain type of device or the screeners to qualify and then go get on a desktop or laptop. That ability would be a great help to me.
