Can’t create account
Have tried multiple times to create an account and it says ‘sorry there’s a problem’. If they do not need new testers at the moment, I’d rather they just said that rather than waste people’s time in trying to register. There you go, first piece of user testing feedback for you 😂

Amazing App
If you want extra side income. This is great
Few hiccups but a good app!
Have done in excess of 30+ tests now, all pretty straightforward and paid at $10 a test, one $30 live chat and a few $4 quick tests that take a few minutes. I have had about 3 that I’ve done on my phone that have failed to upload. An additional 1 or 2 I have managed to get to eventually upload by turning off my wifi and data using the drop-down control centre without leaving the app.
Can’t even make and account
I’ve tried so many usernames , so many passwords , I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but no matter what it wont let me make an account. It wont stop saying “ sorry there’s a problem “ or something like that.
It’s not worth it

Great to use but I needed clear instruction on how to leave a page after I completed that task.
A fat waste of time
I’m a beginner UX designer. I downloaded the app to get some experience evaluating designs and learn something myself. I’m embarrassed it took me this long to realise usertesting is really not the place to do so. I’ve had to app and browser on open for a couple days now and I’ve took countless screening tests, and I’ve NOT ONCE got to do a single test. It’s infuriating. What are the odds that of all the screenings I’ve done I’m qualified for none?? So I suspected that this whole thing is a big scam and tried to tweak my screening answers the way that would land me the best chances of passing (i.e.: when they present me a list of texting apps - I ticked the box for all of them) STILL DIDN’T WORK. So dear whoever is thinking about downloading this app, save yourself the time and stress and just don’t.
Won’t let me sign up
Downloaded app… tried to ‘create an account’.. input all the details.. get to create username and password (and obeying all the ‘rules’ on choices I.e number of upper/lower case, digits etc) but comes up with an error message that says ‘we’re sorry- something went wrong. Please try again’ Have tried multiple usernames and passwords but it won’t let me past this step..
