I don’t know why there are negative reviews? I have been using this application for over one year and it’s the best testing app I have ever used. It’s genuine and to answer the big question everyone wants to know YES they do pay. You will need to have a PayPal account to get your money and each test you complete you will be paid out 14 days later are completing that test. Generally tests pay $10 and takes around 10 minutes to complete but they have other ones which can be as high as $120 for a live online test with someone. I guess the more experience you have and or work in different fields the more opportunities you will get as tests are looking for people who work in certain fields etc but overall this app is fantastic way to make a little side income.

Great concept but using the app is frustrating. Few things which would make things better: 1. Collect standard pre screener information from testers regularly and get companies to filter their targeting using this data so that screeners can use this as a jumping off point to ask genuinely unique questions. I am currently asked what my job is a lot and this takes a lot of time. 2. Allow me to screen for desktop tests on my mobile, so I can screen quickly on the go and then open my laptop to actually sit the test if successful. My screener success rate is low so the easier it is for me to get through them the better and more likely for me to do. 3. Improve time to upload test after completing - currently takes ages and impractical and power intensive to keep app open for whole duration.

I downloaded the app and went to the trouble of going through the sign up process. Waited a while and was accepted. Weeks have gone by and haven’t had any success in doing a review. Might get one come up every 3-4 days but criteria so strict

Tests never come through. There has been like 3 in the last month, and they have not been ones I can join. I wonder whether this used to be good, but that they have lost the test market and no one uses them. Don’t waste your time. Find a more popular site.

I’ve been using this app on and off since July 2023. I really do like it. It’s not one of those apps where you have to play games or do surveys and only get 5p or less per survey. The thing that people don’t like is the fact that they’re “not getting tests”. You get asked questions to see if you qualify. For example, if the tester is looking for people who use skincare products, they might ask “do you use skincare on a daily basis?” or “tick the brands you use”. If you don’t use skincare for example, then how could you be a realiable person to help them with skincare brands? They also ask questions aimed at people who might gamble. If you don’t gamble, how can you help? Each test is about 10 dollars, and it’s worth spending a few minutes here and there to give your opinion. Well worth it, compared to whatever else is out there.

The app has never worked. Reached out to support and they have not done anything to fix it. The app has no function at all.

My password was leaked in a data breach and the company never bothered to contact me to let me know - luckily I have password security features enabled on my phone which alerted me. I’m deleting the app as soon as I’ve posted this review.

This app is amazing on a MacBook, does everything you need and I’ve never had an issue with it; the phone app I cannot say the same. The phone app is not fit for purpose. I must be close to at least $100 out of pocket for a couple of reasons. The first one was that some companies would use Figma, and by god that is just something so complicated I can’t get my head around it. Once I’d signed up and verified it told me I had to do it again, and then every other test since that’s used Figma I’ve had to cancel as it simply does not work. This morning however, I was meant to have a $30 live conversation with which I could not attend as it was a phone conversation, and despite trying the email about 100 times I had no success and it has meant I will now a) not get the money and b)have my review score tanked because of it. A very sad state of affairs is occurring on the mobile app and seems very little is being done to fix it.

Says something went wrong

Have tried multiple times to create an account and it says ‘sorry there’s a problem’. If they do not need new testers at the moment, I’d rather they just said that rather than waste people’s time in trying to register. There you go, first piece of user testing feedback for you 😂
