Aún no me llega el envío y tampoco me dan detalles solo aparece en transito
I requested hold mail and it never happened. This is the second time that has happened. Clayton, NC is the post office. My address is 11 Sharpstone lane.
The USPS PRIORITY MAIL allows tracking, but the accuracy is hit-or-miss. About half or more experiences amount to delays in delivery or re-routing. The predicted delivery date and time are completely unreliable.
I’ve found this app useful over the years, but it badly needs an update now. It now is essentially a collection of shortcuts to various parts of the USPS website. The website itself has had improvements in the meantime, now everything that is in this app is in the main menu of the website. I mainly used this app to access Informed Delivery, but it’s now more efficient to save a shortcut directly to that. I would love to be able to log into the app and stay logged in, so I can more quickly and easily access the features. The ratings here are grossly skewed by ignorant people who think they are giving a review for the USPS itself.
More than one thing doesn’t work. Get it together USPS Mail…or is the government too busy shredding documents?
I’ve used this app for over 1 yr and the experience has been great.

I love my postal service, United we come, we all come together.
Package has been sitting in LA Customs since January 2nd 2025, 2 were sent from Australia and i received 1 package but not the other. Tracking information still said in LA Customs since 01/02/2025 never been scanned since. Called customer service and was informed there was nothing they or customs can do until 45 days after it has been with customs. Told me original sender will have to put in for refund if not found but Aus post said no Usps has to offer refund. This is ridiculous all i want is my package or a full refund and someone to try and find out what happened to it.
