Tracking doesn’t work
I can track items via the website but the app doesn’t allow me track. Very poor. It’s been like this for a few months and I have deleted and reinstalled and it’s still not working. 👎

I can track items via the website but the app doesn’t allow me track. Very poor. It’s been like this for a few months and I have deleted and reinstalled and it’s still not working. 👎
Glitchy and buggy. Going in to tracking an item in my saved tracking items list, it jumps back out after a second every time, and I have to go back into it again. Also now the Get Test and Email Updates option doesn’t work either.
I accidentally left something in a hotel while on holiday in the US and the hotel won’t send my lost property to me unless I print a postal label but the for won’t open. I have tried for weeks. I have tried creating different accounts, used different devices still won’t work. I have logged a support call with USPS but not heard back ☹️.

Now the question I have is what’s the point of having an app if you have to go to the website anyway for tracking updates 🤷🏼♀️
Poor tracking Info. Very very slow
Totally lost my package. It was a really important one. Cannot get any support except from my post office. 21st December it was posted. They also have lost a series of others all about the same time
I’ve been using the app for about 12 months now and was very happy with it… until recently. Now there is an annoying pop up and when you click ok to clear it, it takes you to the website. If you click cancel to clear it, you cannot select your tracking to check updates. It needs to be fixed, the app cannot be used anymore. It is not functioning. Feeling disappointed.
Tracking is a major issue and either never shows up or is completely wrong. Also shipping can take anywhere up to 6 months on average pre covid and covid times. I do not recommend this shipping company unless you like a good mystery…
How can one company can be so bad at customer service, website and app… how can all these things be so useless and broken?
