Bad camera
Deleted the camera off my account and now it refuses to connect back via any of the options. Absolute joke. No customer service on the app either.
ITS TRACKING ME
I’ve deleted the app but the camera is saying weird stuff and apple has this thing where ever something uses your location it pops up, whenever I plug in the camera that pops up, but then it goes away. It’s tracking me
Copying pasted data for no reason
When I open the app sometimes I will get a notification saying it has pasted data from my clipboard.
Takes too long to upload
Please release an update that makes allows the camera to upload quickly rather than waiting for 1min.
Cannot open camera
This app used to work fine for me but for a while now, I can open app but it will not open the camera on my iPhone XR. I have tried deleting app and reinstalling but no success. My husband is able to open the app and access camera. He has an older model iPhone, maybe there is something in this? Anyway, it’s really frustrating. Can you please address this issue. Thanks.
this app not recoding in background

Can’t view replay
What’s the point in this app. You can only view live stream. You can’t view what’s been recorded onto memory card. I’ve just upgraded to latest version but it’s still the same. Please please please can you fix this as this is the main thing I require is to view playback
Great but stopped working
Had this about 3 years but got different internet so had to reconnect to new wifi etc but tried everything and still won’t connect. Will have to delete app and buy different camera if doesn’t connect to wifi.
Don’t waste your money
Buying these cameras and having the app just doesn’t work. From day 1 it constantly “connects” although I’m next to the camera, it tells me it’s always offline even though it’s not so I cant use it. Really fed up with it after a year and a half so switching to another camera, save your money. Would’ve given it a 0 star if i could.
