I have to agree with Bonesmasher’s review. I’ve been with SelfWealth for several years now and checked out Stake after two years. They’ve made their app even better now. Yes it still lacks some features but it’s minimalistic that we’re all looking for. I’m moving to Stake now. I’m sure if we give Stake several more years to work on their app, Selfwealth won’t be able to compete.
Data like the watchlists not synced with the website. Please fix. Also would be grate if it supports dark theme.
Been a customer for years and the app/service has always been subpar. It’s to the point now where I can’t even access my own account because it asks for me a recovery code but doesn’t send me anything to my phone or email - so how am I supposed to login? Customer service haven’t responded to me either. Very disappointing and will be moving my funds/stocks elsewhere as soon as I get access back into my account (which probably means they’ll take even longer to help me access it).
Can’t even log in. Waste of time
App constantly crashes. Can’t access dashboard and key trading tools when you need to making the platform extremely unreliable if you’re looking to execute urgent orders. Overview of portfolio is terrible. Original App was 10x better.
App is unresponsive and frequently doesn’t load, even when I have a good internet connection.
The app is so laggy and glitchy especially when the market is busy. This has caused me to lose many trades, stay away if you trade or want an app that works.
i assume they outsourced this app to another company who then outsourced it again to another company whose brothers friends nephew doing work experience got stuck with the job of making this app it's so garbage :)
The app is too buggy when looking at specific stock pages. Frequently doesn’t display market depth or charts when clicked on. Refreshing gets stuck or very slow.
Under developed app with questionable design choices. Why are In market orders even filtered? Do the app developers even use this app to trade? Constantly goes into account protection mode necessitating re-entry of account name and password. None of my banking apps and stock trading apps do that. Why is there no longer an iPad version? Really frustrating to have a large iPad screen used to display an iPhone sized page.
