Another update that takes away the feature where you no longer see the last person who rang the doorbell , should not have to pay extra for this .

Best Smart System

Love this system!

Would give it zero stars if I could

This is insane. This is the most expensive system ever and I spend more time trying to connect to my wifi then I do using it. Wifi is connected to everything else but the system just randomly decides it’s unavailable. You also can’t make changes without a dealer to your set up. I am ridiculously disappointed

Tone deaf leadership delivers Unuseable app

This new app is designed for an elderly clientele that refuses to wear reading glasses. User experience nonexistent Impossible to find our TV channels. Each user has to become a programmer and program their own favourites. With 1000 channels, how do you even find them? The original Savant app was 1000 times more user-friendly. Thank God I still have it on my old iPads. If there’s better options out there, please let me know.

It gets 1 star because you can control Savant with it, but not intuitive at all like previous version.

Disappointed and frustrated!

Very disappointing! We turn on and off lights in our home and the tv goes off. Provider said it must be an electrical issue in our home. Electrician came and after 3.5 hours assessed it is the Savant system and electromagnetic interference. So after months it still hasn’t been fixed. Supposedly they have to now wrap our cables or install shielded cables to protect them. Waste of money. So disappointed in this system!

Latest update just broke the entire app , cannot connect to my host anymore

Latest update - Version 9 crashes all the time

Update of 2 days ago has been awful. No new visible benefits and now many functions, lighting being the most important won’t open at all. Crashes the app every time. Needs a quick fix. 2 days is already too long.
