I love vero but I think it’s high time to reengineer the user interface (and design).

App stucks on reconnecting

every time i open the app it just stuck on reconnecting and won’t refresh the home feed. please fix i like this app

I’ve been on Vero for a few years now and this app keeps getting better with each update!

Vero now holds #1 spot as Worse sign up experience ever.

As a power-user and social media manager, I signed up and tested plethoras of social media accounts and apps. All with ease and effortless. Vero takes 1st place as the worse sign up experience. Using iPhone SE with ios 12.3.1 Just as i signed up, verified my phone number, type in the code sent, the apps suddenly logged me off and I found that I couldn’t sign back in. “Invalid Credentials”. The form however is efficient enough to remember to cache and auto-saved my email at the sign in form. I use the same password that I sign up with and the system stated “invalid credentials.” Unsure if the apps disallowed copy/paste passwords which is ridiculous as for security reasons, I use password generator with special characters and its ridiculous to force users to manually type up the characters to sign in every time. 2. #1 Worse password recover experience ever. Tried password recover, copy/pasted new password, the “reset” button didn’t activate. 3. Tried re-signing up, using the same email and the system said account is already taken. Yet I couldn’t use the password I use when signing up? 4. Tried manually type a password, and when the “reset” button finally activate, the system said “sorry, we couldn’t log you in, contact support.” Summary: Vero is losing a lot of potential users simply just because of this.

Can’t register

I keyed in my yahoo email and error msg email mismatch comes out The email address is correct but I can’t continue. Pls help

I decided to change my review, yes it still performing slow. But thanks for giving me another platform to stay connect with others.

language setting problem

why my vero is automatically on Japanese version????? how can i change it?

Reconnecting

It shows server error all the time. Please fix this.

please fix it. I cannot sign up and i do not get code number.When they call, they just give 3 number not 4 .wth.uninstall
