Aplicativo não aceita 3 dispositivos no mesmo Wi-Fi
Estou com problemas pra conectar mais dispositivos ao aplicativo na mesma rede Wi-Fi, e o problema é que testei com outro Wi-Fi e deu certo, em resumo na mesma rede parece na da pra usar 3 câmeras, me plano e o básico, caso não consiga adicionar mais dispositivos vou ter que cancelar

Tenho 3 câmeras , apenas 2 gravando em nuvem
Boa tarde! Não tenho críticas quanto ao app, apenas necessito de ajuda. Tenho 3 cameras adicionadas com plano VicoHome Pro. Das 3 câmeras, apenas duas registram as imagens em nuvem. Como faço para que todas as 3 possam usufruir do recurso do plano?
Cadê o Onvif NVR?
Nao encontrei em lugar nenhum sobre o Onvif e não se sabe as portas http, senha etc! Poderia deixar isso claro para pessoas como eu que quer fazer conexão no NVR ou em outro software com suporte Onvif! Falam que a câmera tem o protocolo em todos os lugares e site, mas não tem nada sobre as informações do mesmo!

Que app terrível, instabilidade total. - Pra começar demora muito pra reconhecer o Qrcode e logar no app; - Tem que resetar de 3 a 6 vezes pra reconhecer e conseguir acessar; - Não suporta internet 5G; - Quando conectado a Internet convencional, ha 4 metros do roteador, fica 1 pontinho do wifi não dando para acessar a câmera.
