Unknown flaw

Been using app for months , suddenly lost signal to cameras , now app keeps timing out when attempting to log back into account . Have been using iPhone 11 since installed. Can’t fault app when working but now I wonder

I currently have 3 cameras with no issues and a forth camera i have had problems with the support i have had from this company has been terrific they have kept in touch the whole time and have sent me a new camera which I will be installing soon i can only say good things about the service I have had thanks

Unable to upgrade

Unable to buy in app plus plan , always getting error

No way to have the app on two phones !

The app only works on one phone. If you install it again on another phone then it says “this user is signed in on another device” and signs the first phone out Literally not possible for two phones to see who’s at the front door. Who designed this app ??

Camera experience

We have installed the camera several months ago. It has been exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended. We are looking at installing another. Few issues when using Starlink and the Ethernet cable. But we have sorted that. Excellent camera. Thank you, Mark

No more notifications

I like the app, but for some reason, I don’t get any notifications at all anymore. How do I rectify this?

Payment for Video Doorbell

I paid annual subscription twice in error. Sunny at the Support address was very helpful and researched and solved my query with the Finance team quickly. Initially, it took me a while to find the VicoHome Support address.
