Đặt vé bay lúc 10h sáng mà delay đến tận 2h chiều lý do nv đưa ra hết sức ngớ ngẩn:chờ thêm khách cho đủ chỗ ngồi:)) vẫn chưa xong vẫn bị delay thêm1h nữa mà chả 1 cái lý do gì??? Làm ăn chán

Nhờ chị Thảo xem lại team lập trình mobile của Vietjet Air. Tôi cảm tưởng như đây là một ứng dụng với chất lượng như luận án tốt nghiệp của các bạn mới ra trường. Trải nghiệm người dùng quá tệ đến mức khó có thể liệt kê hết từ chức năng đặt vé+thanh toán+ví điện tử. Rất mong team QC khắc khe hơn trước khi triển khai ứng dụng.
