Classy car and easy experience
First time Virtuo user and a sensational experience. All around a great user experience and would do again. Only value add suggestion would be to let users know closest petrol station to parking location as this consumed a fair amount of time as someone unfamiliar with London!
Never again
Worst ever experience!!! The costumer service is run by incompetent people who can’t answer simple questions or fix issues. The car we rented with baby seat was a disgrace, baby seat with no padding damage and unsafe for the baby and no one wants to replaced it, or buy a new one. I offered to go to the shop to pick it up but NO I’ve been told I had to buy the baby seat myself! What a JOKE !!! I’ll NEVER use this COMPANY AGAIN !!
Easy. Affordable. Luxury.
I’ve used Virtuo three times now on my four month trip through Europe. It has been a wonderful experience. The set up was easy before arriving in Paris. I was able to book a Tesla Model Y from Paris and took it on a 6 week rental. It was an excellent trip. Free access to Tesla supercharger network. The app is smooth and simple. Customer support is available instantly and are very helpful. We borrowed Virtuo again twice in Lisbon, Portugal and again it was very easy. No waiting. Very affordable. Luxury cars. Mercedes B Class. We also had the wonderful experience to meet the country manager in Portugal who was delighted about our experiences. Virtuo is 10x better than any car rental or ownership experience. Looking forward to it launching in Australia! Well done Virtuo team!
So Easy!
Virtuo - guys I want to say kudos to implementing a easy automated rental process that skips the lines and makes things so much easier, increase the scale of the business and get ahead of the competition using your automated system and keep adding more strategic locations. This is the future of car rental. Will definently use Virtuo again!

Great business - I was a first time renter. Perfect, cost effective way to rent a car. No issues xxxxx all the way
Flakey and too basic
Provides ability to unlock and lock your Virtuo rental (in our case a Tesla 3). App was flakey at best and twice we had to delete and re-download the app from the app store in order to simply get in the car. The support materials and ridiculously high level & no help at all. Customer service (chat or call) seemed overwhelmed based on the wait times (we waited for an hour for a response to not being able to connect to the car to unlock it). Concept is great but still immature tech.
Good rental company until you have an issue!
I’ve rented a few cars with Virtuo it always went pretty smoothly. However I got into a accident that was caused by someone else, to contact the assistance and get help from the company has been an actual nightmare. Their customers service rely on several third parties and they do not communicate across departments at all. What would usually take half an hour to fix takes a day with them.

They ask you to sign up, photograph all your paper work, book a car, pay for it. This all takes a valuable amount of time and forces a degree of commitment to Virtuo for your car rental needs.. Account gets refused and all the above rolled back, with no or ambiguous reasons.. Was my passport photo not clear enough, am I allowed to rent as an Australian on an Australian drivers license??? Try another rental company.. These people will happily waste your time and not tell you why!!
