I rented this petrol car for 4 weeks. The car had obviously not been checked by the owner since the last rental, but in spite being dirty inside and outside, the car functioned excellent all the time. When complained, the car was cleaned and I also experienced a great service when I needed information! Recommended!
App poor, can’t msg in it and rental experience
Won’t rent a car whilst travelling despite having 35 years experience in my home country. Provided all the documents required, so makes no sense. No stars!
Could not rent a car
You can register and spend time a Latvian driver’s license, in options for phone number you can choose Latvian country code but it doesn’t do anything, even not saying it’s not possible to register with this phone number. My friend tried 5 times and suddenly it said he has been blocked for 24 hours. Then I tried to register with Latvian number, didn’t work, did my spanish phone number and it worked, but at the end when I have found the car and spent so much time my Latvian bank card looks like it’s not working, but it doesn’t say anything, just didn’t do anything when you press continue. So at the end couldn’t rent a car. Also at the beginning it is not mentioned that they will hold 400 eur of deposit.
Worst ever app
Requires visas for a country I don’t need a visa but won’t let me apply without it. Customer service won’t help. No phone contact. HORRIBLE
