Amazing experience

It was very amazing experience and staff was so nice and serviceable. I enjoyed the car with all features provided. I will recommend Virtuo strongly.

Be carful about your information

The APP ask for take a scan of your passport and license without any information about privacy security and data use!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever! Don’t fall into the trap

We booked the car to be picked up from the airport, and paid in advance the whole amount including insurance. The moment we landed, suddenly virtuo claimed to try to charge my card for a security deposit on top of the full amount and having my card on file to begin with. They said that my card was rejected and decided to cancel the rental, without any alternatives. I checked my credit card, and there were no attempted charges whatsoever! Tried to rebook on the spot, but no cars were available. Won’t ever use it again, and I will gladly go back to classical car rentals over this scam.
