I purchased this app yesterday. There will be people who find this app useful & effective. However, I found Mr Johnson’s delivery unusually hurried, over wordy and “Californian non-sensical”. I don’t understand why he chose to depart from his evenly paced, clinical inductions found elsewhere. Also, I personally found the midi keyboard music too “New Age” and intrusive. I would have much preferred the option of turning off the music all together. 29th May 2015

I have tried this just once but the power of suggestion was very strong & I felt so relaxed. As I am trying it for post-op recovery I will advise after 30 days!'

Great for sleeping

I have not yet been able to hear the whole meditation as it puts me to sleep every time! Usually within minutes! Would love to actually know what's said throughout although I do enjoy having a good meditation on my way to sleep :)

After a car accident I've been dealing with some awful back injuries and it's been a painful ride but after doing this meditation regularly I've moved away from being a sookylala and now view my condition as a gift . I am using the down time of recovery to write songs draw and actually spend quality time with the people I love in my life . I've turned a negative into a positive .. Thank you Andrew :) !! Xx

Gets rid of the fear

Andrew's soothing Scottish accent draws you in deeply. I am facing an operation and was starting to blow things out of proportion with fear. After listening just a few times to Andrew, I feel like a new person. Much, much more positive and interested in things again. I feel like I'm not alone any more.
