Fake site ?

Tried to get tickets 3 times for the same event with 3 different payment cards, including 2 times at the call center, gave all my cards details by phone … Tickets validated each time (of course at higher price each time), then 30 mn later cancellation by mail with no explanation… so no tickets ! Hope they don’t use my cards details for other purposes ! Will do a formal claim to erase those information of their database !

Impossible de joindre le service client

Everything is in the title. Event canceled following COVID in 2020. Impossible to get a refund despite the closings. So I have a credit note but cannot reach customer service to get it refunded. Very disappointed, I do not recommend working with this company! Tout est dans le titre. Événement annulé suite au COVID en 2020. Impossible de me faire remboursé malgré les closes. J’ai donc un avoir mais impossible de joindre le service client pour me le faire rembourser. Très déçu, je déconseille de travailler avec cette entreprise!

Je n’ai pas reçu mes tickets sur la bonne adresse car celle-ci était bloqué et il n’y a eut aucun envoi sur mon adresse mail fonctionnelle. J’ai donc jamais reçu mes tickets et perdu de l’argent

Ne jamais prendre de place sur cette appli !!!
