Horrible customer service
I bought tickets through Vivid and what I received was not what I ordered. Vivid blamed it on the seller of the tickets and did nothing to help me. Vivid is ok unless you have an issue then you’re on your own.

Rewards Program
I have seen a few bad reviews and I wanted to say that I have had zero problems with Vivid seats I have always had my tickets sent to me in time. I also love the rewards program! Every 10 tickets you get a credit with the average piece of those 10 tickets!
They double sold tickets
Bought tickets to a concert which they immediately charged for but when I went to the concert the tickets I had were already scanned into the building by someone else. Buy through Ticketmaster instead
Scam beware
Also extremely rude customer service. I mean the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with in terms of how rude they agent on the line was

Tried to add payment method and update address and phone number and kept spinning and spinning. Very difficult in changing password. There are much better apps. Do not use!

This app is scam as you have probably already read a few times. I bought $1400 tickets from this app and did not receive them through email like they claim. I highly recommend not going through this app. Made me jump through a bunch of hoops to try get my money back and they still denied me. Junk app!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Selling tickets
Can not sell tickets purchased from Canada? I read the fine print after. Use a different app for tickets.
What I purchased I what I received was different
I purchased two tickets to Luke Combs that said Pit Row 1 Qty 2 and what I received was two General admission tickets. I paid twice the amount I should have paid because I thought I was getting a premium ticket for row 1. Vivid seat misrepresented what they were selling and now they won’t credit the difference back for a general admission ticket. This is so bad and we got scammed from Vivid seats. Buyer beware of Vivid Seats.
User unfriendly with unhelpful customer service
The app doesn’t appear to have a way to update personal information such as address or phone number, which means unless new orders contain billing address and other details that are identical to that which was used to place the first order ever on the account, they will error out due to information mismatch. It’s also completely unclear which information doesn’t match, or where to find and update the information. After several frustrating attempts to update my information, I called customer service. They spoke with me and transferred me to various other departments for 45 minutes before eventually telling me there was nothing they could do for me, and that I’d somehow have to try and figure out how to update my own personal information in my account profile (even though I had said there’s no apparent way to do this in the app). They responded again that they were sorry they couldn’t help me. Terrible experience.
