If anything ever goes awry vivid will absolutely screw you over. Horrible experience with 49ers tickets - total fraud and they could care less
Do NOT use this App! I bought tickets weeks ahead of an event. Their app says they delivered tickets but they never sent Scannable codes that allowed entry. It was a nightmare, stuck trying to get into a bowl game after a long drive and paying $60 for parking. Customer service was too busy probably being they had screwed so many others trying to get in. I’ll NEVER Use these Crooks again!!!
Easiest way to get scammed out of your money. Use literally any other ticketing service please. Their slimy terms and conditions will do whatever they can to get your money without actually providing a service. Seriously, use anyone else.
Do not use this app. The fees are insanely high. One of the worst of all the third party sellers. By supporting the app, you’re perpetuating the proliferation of these fees. Find tickets elsewhere.
Can’t toggle off promotional notifications in the app
Vivid seats doesn’t offer anything special compared to similar apps besides who can charge more “fees”. Went to a LA Clippers game, denied parking due to my parking pass being on my vivid seats app. Clippers only allows parking passes through their intuit app. Got denied and had to pay $80 up front. Rams game was TBD, but it changed the entire DAY not Time of day. Therefore it won’t refund due to their “Terms and Conditions”. Which is similar to their “fees”, it’s all sketchy agreements that support the company NEVER the customers/claims. They make it VERY difficult to get help, especially with refunds. Just to receive tickets (sometimes) the day of the event. I can type so much more, but realistically. USE TICKETMASTER. Half my tickets get sent to Ticketmaster FROM VIVID SEATS.
Why do I need to download an app and make an account for everything? Come on, and I needed to get another new app to even open and see the tickets that I’ve already paid for. What a pain, would not use if there was any way around this.
Do not trust!!! I had no tickets 24 hours before hand customer service guaranteed I would have them two hours prior to the event the following day. I spent a good deal amount of time going back-and-forth with them telling them that I needed more assurance that I would receive the tickets because my money had already been processed and I still did not have tickets. I drove over an hour to the event with a friend and my two children. We got there early still did not have our tickets. We contacted customer service and they tell us they cannot reach our seller… So there I am with no tickets at a sold out show. Don’t believe the Google reviews. I just hope they actually refund my $275…
First time going to Intuit Dome and the ticket was not delivered properly so I had no idea where the seat was. And vivid customer service is a joke. Never again!
