Very useful and informative

Lots of good information, pretty comprehensive, great for comparing and benchmarking and a handy way to keep track of wines you try. Highly recommend as a way to improve your wine appreciation.

Bad UX

Why was the community feed removed from the home screen? Possibly the best thing about the app is now an afterthought

Handy .. but..

I still use it regularly to gauge what I’m buying or to find new things to try so it’s handy for that. Many wines scanned are wrong in threads such is extremely annoying and they don’t police it so it’s inaccurate and very frustrating if your a genuine wine buff. The comments section is still sadly lacking in technology so if your conversing a lot it’s quite slow going with few settings or features to manage that side. It also ranks you mainly on your activity and not the quality of the posts or comments. It’s a terrible system for this and you really have to ignore it. Lastly it nags me to upgrade and pay!? Despite years of contribution for its own benefit from all my efforts let alone buying wine through the app, it wants me to pay!? Yeah naaah… it should pay me.

Free version now unusable

Free version bombards you with premium subscription popups and Temu ads and provides less information than it used to.

Vivino-A must have app for wine enthusiasts

I’ve been using the Vivino app for years, and it has completely transformed my wine-buying experience. The app’s comprehensive database of wines, coupled with user reviews and ratings, makes it incredibly easy to discover new favorites and avoid disappointing purchases. The label scanning feature is a game-changer, allowing me to quickly get detailed information about any bottle I’m considering. The personalized recommendations are spot on, and I’ve discovered so many fantastic wines I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. The community aspect is another highlight. Reading reviews from fellow wine lovers and sharing my own thoughts adds a social element that makes the app even more enjoyable. Vivino’s seamless interface and regular updates ensure a smooth, user-friendly experience. Whether you’re a seasoned wine aficionado or just starting your journey into the world of wine, Vivino is an indispensable tool. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their wine knowledge and enjoyment.

Последние несколько месяцев невозможно пользоваться приложением. Все глючит, не сканирует, ухожу …

A great app still, so many years later

I’ve been using Vivino for fun, for information and for simple wine related banter for many years now. I highly recommend it for the same, and more.

Crashes

Jluhyf on

Australia

Updated to the new version and it just crashes. Restart doesn’t help. Don’t want to delete as I’ll lose my data.

Good app for people who drink

Djgecko79 on

Australia

Great to check if something is worth buying. Over time it’s great to keep track of what you like. Once you have used it for a while it’s fun to buy wine, think about what you would rate it and then scan it afterwards to see how close you were.
