I never finish loading wines, very slow and always crash. I haven't be able to post anything since it change to the new version

Absolutely right time 2024 smooth, mouth feels fully rounded aroma and long lasting… color dark red ruby taste with mixed berry & sherry a little & mild spice
Disappointing features and support.
Premium offers less features than free version two years ago. I tried to contact support but the chat tool is abusive and gaslighting users. Even after I provided full description of issue it asked me to fill in a new form for support. That’s ridiculous! I do like general features but premium is not worth it due to removed features, much less with that bad support.

Suggestion for subscription
I am not a continuous user of Vivino although I find it imperative to use whenever I am looking at buying new wines. Therefore, the monthly subscription needs to be cheap enough for me to purchase and not worry about (4-6$/month), or could I suggest an alternative of maybe buying credits of wine searches that can be topped up as and when the credits get used up. Free credits can be provided if the user purchases the wine through the system. I think that this might be a more appropriate monetizing methodology than monthly subscription. In terms of rating, do you think it would be better to separate ratings by “experts” and “wine lovers”? Regards

useful app for finding some base information before buy or find any wine, even for studying about wine.
Glitch
I used to like it a lot but for the past 6 weeks I’ve been getting message “no internet connection “ while I have internet connection. I updated the ap today without any changes to the message. Have no idea how to fix it.
