Be sure to know the rules of the road before setting off on an e-scooter or e-bike. Stick to the bike lanes or close to the side curb, and stay off pavements. Never ride under the influence, and always wear a helmet to keep your head safe. Oh, and no twin-riding – one person per e-scooter or e-bike at a time.
FIRST TIME ON AN E-SCOOTER?
If you haven’t used an electric scooter before – activate reduced-speed mode in the app. This caps the max speed of the scooter, allowing you to start off slow while learning to operate the vehicle.
E-SCOOTER AND E-BIKE PARKING – WHAT APPLIES?
Proper parking is a matter of safety and accessibility. Keep yourself informed of your local rules and regulations in regards to e-scooter and e-bike parking – and follow them. Always park the vehicle standing upright, using the kickstand and be sure not to obstruct the path of pedestrians, cyclists or other vehicles.

worst app ever, wont let me stop my ride, what the hell, took me a decade to fix, but you took my money *****
The map
The map on app is sp bad i wend like 15 min wrong way because map told me so just for the ap to tell me im going wrong way

Die Anleitung und alles ist einfach zu steuern, doch das nervige an der App ist, wenn du Pausen machst rennt die Zeit weiter (wofür du weiter zahlst) und du musst einen Parkplatz finden, was genauso die Zeit wegnimmt. Das heisst du zahlst für rote Ampeln und Parkplätze suchen mehr, da die Minuten weiter rennen. Pro Minute zahlst du 25cent. Sonst ist es einfach zu bedienen, Scooter sind einfach zu finden, mit dem QR-Code scanner entsperrst du den E-Roller. Würde man beim Parkplatz suchen die Zeit sperren können oder einen Ziel aussuchen wohin man hinfährt, wie bei der App Bolt wohin man fahren will, wär die App noch besser dran.
Betrügerische App!!!
Die zocken einen einfach ab die freischalte gutscheine sind ein Märchen einfach zichen dir direkt 5€ aus der Tasche für 15min da hol ich mir lieber auf Lime ein Tagespass und das witzige daran ist das wenn du wieder die freischalte gutscheine benutzen willst wird wieder eine Zahlung von 5€ beauftragt
Achtung! Abbuchung ohne Fahrt!
Ich habe mich angemeldet und die Hilfe Seiten gelesen, auf einmal wurde mir schon etwas abgebucht ohne dass ich überhaupt in der Nähe eines Scooters war. Der automatisierte Support hat nach Meldung nur einen -10% auf die nächste Fahrt gegeben. Abzocke pur!
Abzocke mit Parkstrafen
Beim Parken des e-Scooters erkennt die App extra ausgewiesene Scooter Parkplätze nicht als solche an, was dazu führt, dass man die Fahrt nicht beenden kann. Wochen später erhält man die Info, dass eine Strafzahlung vom Konto abgezogen wurde, obwohl der Scooter extra auf einem Parkplatz stand. Es wirkt, als würde das Unternehmen damit Geld verdienen wollen… Support funktioniert großteils nur über einen Chatbot, der dieses Problem auch nicht lösen kann…
unberechtigte Strafgebühren
der Parkassitent ist so unnötig und kann nicht zwischen straße und gehweg unterscheiden Strafen werden auch einfach so vom Konto abgezogen ohne dass man davon etwas weiß
Voi is simply not functional
Took a 10min ride to a train station and literally had to ride all the way back to where I started because this was the closest parking spot. Ended up missing the train of course. At least in my area there are simply not enough parking zones, to actually voi, but the app doesn’t make that very transparent. Voi does not show the parking zones before you actually start the ride, making it impossible to plan a concrete route. In my area there a countless spots that would be perfect, to park scooters where they won’t bother anyone but nope… can‘t park there. You‘ll have to drive 5mins out of your way to park in a spot that’s actually more inconvenient for other people. When you try to park in a non parking zone it provides you with a button „find a parking zone“ but when clicking it, the app shows an error instead.
Unnötig Preiserhöhung!
Habe unabsichtlich auf Starten gedrückt und sofort wurde mir Geld abgezogen. Frechheit
