Every time I try to use it they ask me to pay 7.5 euros and after paying I still can’t use the trottinette and they ask me to pay again, I lost 30 euros for nothing

Be sure to know the rules of the road before setting off on an e-scooter or e-bike. Stick to the bike lanes or close to the side curb, and stay off pavements. Never ride under the influence, and always wear a helmet to keep your head safe. Oh, and no twin-riding – one person per e-scooter or e-bike at a time.
FIRST TIME ON AN E-SCOOTER?
If you haven’t used an electric scooter before – activate reduced-speed mode in the app. This caps the max speed of the scooter, allowing you to start off slow while learning to operate the vehicle.
E-SCOOTER AND E-BIKE PARKING – WHAT APPLIES?
Proper parking is a matter of safety and accessibility. Keep yourself informed of your local rules and regulations in regards to e-scooter and e-bike parking – and follow them. Always park the vehicle standing upright, using the kickstand and be sure not to obstruct the path of pedestrians, cyclists or other vehicles.

Ils m’ont crédité 2 fois d’affilé et quand je leur contacte sa me dit un agent va venir après 20min un agent ne viens toujours pas pire application de trottinette

J’ai payé un pass de 30 min que je ne suis jamais parvenu à employer car refusé et qui le jour d’après fut expiré mais qui en attendant bel et bien payé et par la suite, difficile de contacter l’assistance même après de longues minutes d’attendre… à vos risques et périls

Le business modèle est simple . ***Fausse promo pour essayer qui vous facture plus que le tarif indiqué. ***Caution de 5€ jamais remboursé. ***Assistance qui vous balance un mail générique en guise de réponse. ***Et quand il y a trop de commentaires négatifs, hop vous avez comme par hasard un 5 étoiles en anglais vantant toutes les qualités de la société ,en anglais ! Du coup on se maintient à 4.8/5 Prévoir une bonne assurance bancaire pour faire votre recours légale comme ce que fait ma banque actuellement. Conclusion : À fuir
