Be sure to know the rules of the road before setting off on an e-scooter or e-bike. Stick to the bike lanes or close to the side curb, and stay off pavements. Never ride under the influence, and always wear a helmet to keep your head safe. Oh, and no twin-riding – one person per e-scooter or e-bike at a time.

FIRST TIME ON AN E-SCOOTER?
If you haven’t used an electric scooter before – activate reduced-speed mode in the app. This caps the max speed of the scooter, allowing you to start off slow while learning to operate the vehicle.

Proper parking is a matter of safety and accessibility. Keep yourself informed of your local rules and regulations in regards to e-scooter and e-bike parking – and follow them. Excessive PID capture

App requires excessive personal identification data and biometric data. A drivers license and Facial recognition is overkill. And I’m sure that data is shared with other government agencies. No way😜

Beware of auto charges

I visited Basel for two days and downloaded this app. It auto signed me up for a monthly pass subscription and has charged me for 3 months on my credit card without permission. I am seeking a refund for these charges. So tricky!

Used it for about 20 sec.

They won’t even tell you how much it costs to use their services. Why on earth would you think I‘d give you a payment method, when I don’t even know how much you charge?

Useless.

12mph max speed and no parking anywhere close to the city center. This service is a joke

App hardly works

Regardless of the payment method I tried, it wouldn’t work. It says to contact support if this happens, which I try to do and just get a white screen. I also get a white screen when trying to add certain payment methods. Would be a decent way to get around if the lousy app just worked.

Terrible service, DONT USE

Service is terrible. So many restrictions. Almost got hit by a car because my scooter suddenly stopped completely in a slow zone. Never using again. They didn’t rewarded me for the 6 people I referred.

Design Needs to Indicate Battery Life before signing up

First off I appreciate with this company is doing. Fewer cars in the road = good. However if I’m gonna have to submit my identity take a selfie and take a quiz, I wanna make sure that the scooter I have in front of me is going to work. If there is only one scooter in front of me and I have taken 10 minutes to set up an account and there’s no battery on the scooter, guess how happy I am? Guess how inclined I am to recommend the company to others?

Checking parking at your destination before riding!!! You may have to go right back to where you got on to find a parking spot, and pay both ways for the pleasure of doing so! What a load of garbage.
