It's great to use it

Doesn’t work well - low capability team
It did start working when I just bought it in April 2021. However most of the time it was only WireGuard which was working. After a month generally I only have 1 or 2 locations I can connect to. During contacting their help desk they were quick to respond. The only problem is that they have very low capability and knowledge. Restart your router, connect to this location… I would completely stay away from this VPN, certainly if you want to use fro China. I estimate due to the cheap price they oversold to their users. I did contact them several times, actually by using another VPN. I spend hours on it but absolutely no improvement. It’s not a reliable VPN, it’s not worth your time.
Doesnt work
Please vyprvpn i have this on my pc please make it work on phone please man fix this! It sais establishing tunnel and then validating the hole time over and over again

Crash when you enter your login informations...
Vyprvpn connections do not work
over a week or more, many countries cannot connect, especially USA. Stay away until they can get services working

Worthless if you are in China
I've been a loyal Diamond customer for 9 years but what happened the last two days has totally destroyed my confidence in VyprVPN. Paying 360 USD annually is worth at least some help but all my cries and shouts for help have remain unanswered and I cannot access my email or offline cloud files. Shane on you VyprVPN for leaving a loyal customer like me standing in the cold!
