I can see the app and connection has been improved. However, over the last 6 months my experience was that I can connect only about 50% of the instances. The rest of the time when I try to connect it simply does not work. This is not very good for a paid service.

This is an amazing app it really works well

I've had endless troubles with other online VPN services not correctly scrambling traffic to hide the fact that I'm using a VPN. I love that VyprVPN scrambles the metadata to the point where big names can't even tell I'm using a VPN. The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is becaue they don't have a server in Africa somewhere. So my connection from South Africa links to Iceland as my fastest server and that ping sits at around 160ms. My 100Mbps fibre line also only reaches a maximum of about 41Mbps connected there. I'd have loved a proxy server somewhere in S.A. That being said, this app is phenomenal and works consistently and strongly. I'm exceptionally happy with its performance and bought a 1 year subscription after the first day.

This isn’t working at all. I would like a refund and this needs to be removed from the store it’s now a scam

Got this vpn just for my China trip bc it advertised as being able to bypass restrictions. However it never once worked during my trip.

I installed this as I had a gift code and wants to give it a go. As soon as I installed the VPN profile, apps began thinking they were offline. First troubleshooting step was to switch from WireGuard to openVPN. Issue persisted. Didn’t matter if the VPN was connected or not, apps thought they were not connected. Removed the profile and the issue went away. Reinstalled the profile and the issue came back. Located that Connect on Demand is enabled by default. Not what I need as I use this for public hotspots. Turned it off. Issue persisted. Oh, there’s a firewall enabled by default? Didn’t ask for that. I turned it off. Same issues. As long as the VPN profile is installed, apps think they are offline. It’s like the VPN service is still trying to do something even though I am not using it. So I reached out to support. In a series of what feel very much like AI responses, the troubleshooting data in my original ticket was ignored and I was spoon fed each step I had already said I did. I have yet to have someone real actually respond. As such, I cannot recommend this service. If simply installing their profile interrupts the function of your device, it is poorly written and not at all what you want from a VPN. No, it’s not the WireGuard protocol. Not only have I tried other protocols with the same issue, I have another VPN profile installed that causes no issues. And…it was suggested I remove that one in order to make theirs work. That’s not how multiple profiles function. If yours is the only one that can be installed, your profile is broken.

Paid for a year in advance to watch shows while traveling. My subscription showed active online but the app said I didn’t have a subscription. My credit card was charged but it didn’t work. I deleted the app and resinstalled it. I tried it on two separate devices. I couldn’t get online. When I got to their support page, they had me reinstall it again but this time it didn’t work. I asked for a refund via, they said they would give me a refund. But then they ended the chat. Total waste of money. Awful customer support. Pick any other VPN.

I bought from here and purchased through my Apple Wallet. I paid for a one-year account and paid in full, but the one-year account was not activated😡
