Exceptional customer service with extremely quick replies and super helpful. Very impressed with the service after trying many others.
Terrible service & function
Have tried this for the last 2-3 weeks on a daily basis and have had no end of trouble. Contacted support a few times with the same generic emails from them each time and no follow ups. Disappointing to pay for a service that’s only works 5% of the time
Doesn't work in china currently
just tried to this in china with no effect. ill be honest I have not tried to go through the customer service as I need something that is plug and play. Im not here for a long time so I cant be bothered messing around with a product that doesn't work out of the box. Maybe if i were here for a year or more I might put in the effort but Its not worth the hassle for me as I only need it for very basic things like my gmail. might be good outside of china but doesn't work for my needs in china.

Not connecting at all in China
It worked as expected when I’m outside china, but it’s not working at all in china. I’ve been trying for 2 days since I came to china. Can this be resolved at all or I have to give up / ask for refund?
Awesome service!
It's easy to use and fast access to popular websites, despite of China great firewall. Though I had trouble to connect to the server from time to time, custom service was always there to help me out. Great VPN and awesome service!
Needs an Overhaul
Automatic reconnect often stuck and looping on a funny connecting-disconnecting state.
Doesn't work or slow
Doesn't on Mac; very slow on ios.
