I purchased vyprVPN since deals are great. However, I used only a day since it works fine but not on Mobile Data connections. I live chat on support and they cant trouble shoot the issues. They said ISP is blocking the access but All the free VPN apps can access not this Premium vyprVPN. :) What a terrible experience. So better think before purchasing.
After fill up user name and password, app crash.
Can’t connect to most servers and the one server I connect too, it is so slow it’s a waste of time.
Initially thought that it works fine with netflix but in the end it cant at alll
Didn’t regret buying the 3 year plan. It was a great deal. Customer service was efficient. I encountered issues connecting to the VPN however, it was rectified with clear and concise instructions for me to follow. Big thank you to the team for your hard work and dedication.
Disappointed with my subscription to your service , doesn’t work in China
I cannot use this vpn to watch netflix or amazon prime video contents in other locations. Netflix and Amazon prime detects that I use a third party proxy.
Bad service and the system keeps overcharging me. I was charged 3 times in one month and refund was given. However, I was charged extra twice again even though I have already canceled the service.
it has been crashing non-stop on my iPhone XR. it works fine on my iPhone 6s and 7.
The tech support response is very slow.
