Cannot open the App on my IPhone 12😩😡
Crashes randomly
App crashes every now and then, while saving training results. You end up with losing whole track and no chance to get it back. I regret byuing Tickr X, since app is so poor.
Bugs, bugs, bugs
If it was bug free this would be a GREAT app. I have used my iPhone and this app as my bike computer - not a dedicated bike computer as Elemnt/Bolt/Garmin. It is full of bugs and the support is not competent. They repeat questions for things already supplied them several times. They reply things not relevant for your questions. Basically they do not read your questions/issues and almost reply as chat-bots with generic useless replies. Bug 1 Recorded workouts get lost. They are visible in the overview but not accessible. So when you go into the workout it shows 0 [zero] for all the metrics. Also impossible to access and export the files. They have been aware of this for months now and still not fixed (as of June 25, 2020). They actually suggested me to buy a dedicated bike computer! Great problem solving to their useless app. Bug 2 The export button to Ride with GPS does not work. They have been aware of this for months now and still not fixed (as of June 25, 2020). So you can have a 6 hour workout, save it and then it is lost. Great app and service 🤦♂️

Good app, but no Apple Watch support
The app is good for most exercises, but should really start to support Apple Watch.
