Zero starrr. Can’t register apps. Ask for email to send code but got no email. So difficult. Waste time

It is significantly more affordable to shop online and pick up in-store since the store conveniently located along my route.

What does this mean? It says that my phone number is already registered, so how should i activate my app?!

Some free gift not available just replace things not what we want hope to improve this matter Tq

Can’t log in since I bought a new card. Call customer service and has been told to re-do it an hour later. For few months and still failed to log in.

its ridiculous how they have options for people who dont have watson card to sign up or login but its useless and not working AT ALL. fix it!!!

i want to update my birth date, bcs the date on the apps is wrong

i order at 8.30 and wait for notification to notify me to pick up but even waiting for half an hour i still didn’t receive it so i go to the store and ask why and the staff said order past 8 will be made tomorrow so i ask her if i can just get my order now since i am not available for tomorrow but she said she cannot do that or do anything about it and she also said she need to enter my order code to approve my self pick up so i wonder why she can’t do that since she already snap my order details and there is no cancel button. so here watson didn’t even provide enough information about pick up details. i just waste my time wating to pick up my order but i cannot. it’s not like i am not willing to wait but it’s just ridiculously no information detail to provide telling the customers even already sending received to email and mesej. it really ruined my mood. there’s so many thing i dissatisfied about watson but let it be just this for now
