After the last update, I noticed the battery drained very quickly especially at night. Very prostrating as I don’t have time to charge in the morning as I have to prepare work. Please fixed I know you can. I really like wearfit pro apps.
Won’t pair with iPhone 11
Has connected to my iPhone 11 but absolutely will not pair. I’ve tried to send a report to the developer but their entire website is in Chinese so I can’t read anything! I’ve tried connecting via Bluetooth as well as scanning the QR code, doesn’t work. I’ve turned off Bluetooth and back on again, doesn’t work. I’ve completely removed device from my Bluetooth and reconnected; connects but still will not pair! Not worth wasting your money getting the watch!!

Blood Sugar measurements are bad.
The app "Help" says that Blood Glucose measurements may be calibrated by using an external device reading.
This isn’t so in the current app. The watch values are much lower than real-world values, but it is not possible to calibrate the watch to match the real-world readings. The calibrate screen will not allow any values to be entered.
This is an app issue, assuming of course the watch can properly differentiate beween a wide range of blood sugar values.
Very disappointed.

It’s ridiculous that the “official” software that comes with the e-watches are packed with ads…
Nit easy application
Looks very unprofessional app designed . Not easy connect Disconnect every time Time is wrong when disconnect Not easy to pairing You name all frustrations never end.
Don’t forget not everyone know Chinese language and you should know better.
Non-functioning Registration & more
Unable to use this app because it can’t be registered. Your email address must be verified with a code within 60 secs but no code has ever been received within the time limit or ever. CORRECTION: discovered that my ISP’s spam filters had intercepted 2 of the codes sent, alas, too late to use them. No sign yet of any of the other requests for codes. There must be a better way, it’s a pity, the app looks good but no use as it stands.
Also can’t get the watch to pair with the iPhone X. Connects to Bluetooth fairly quickly, is recognised by the app eventually after multiple attempts but not pairing even after 10+ tries. No other phones or watches nearby, watch about 2cm from the phone.
