The world's lowest quality and most useless smartwatch. It gets everything wrong. When you turn it on and off, it still gives wrong readings. It doesn't measure blood sugar at all. It gives incorrect blood pressure readings. It doesn't track sleep accurately, just makes guesses even if it's not on my wrist. If you put it on the ground, it still gives a fake blood pressure reading. Just don't change the shape of the components in the software. Write the program in a way that it updates every five minutes. The program is also faulty and doesn't get anything right."

This application is a very useless application, it does not have good settings, and it does not provide screens for free. It is not useful at all.

12 hour clock show 00:00 at midnight Needs to show 12:00 Connection unstable disconnecting way too much making voice assistant almost impossible to use with ease and missing notifications Weather needs to be updated to reflect our actual location .it’s always rainy and 68. Pathetic. Pre install dials should be able to edit colors / widgets Making money from dials and vip. But we can’t get these basic functions of what otherwise is a pretty awesome watch. Hk9 ultra 2 max.

I hope the manufacturer will fix it, it is full of bugs, like the watch disconnecting and connecting itself, the HK 9 Pro Plus turns off and turns on... and it is very annoying, please fix it with the next eternity.
Unable to change to 12 hour format clock
Only android has Option to change 24 hour to 12 hour format
Worst app ever. Had to throw watch in the trash.
App doesn’t work. I was unable to even register properly - constant random errors, mostly in Chinese, lol. This is a grade school project, not a real app. Had to throw the watch in the trash as this app simply doesn’t work.
