Please solve it in the next update: the model that I have is HW69 Ultra and when I went to the application to install my games they don't appear, I only get a white screen on the app market so otherwise it's a good watch and a very ok application but I sincerely hope you solve this problem because it is a huge problem. and I saw that I'm not the only one complaining about this problem, thanks for understanding 💕💕💕
Really bad
The app is just a cash grab. Badly optimized, the mobile permissions settings tab is not working at all and makes the app and hk9 ultra watch disconnect every 30 minutes making it useless. Very limited face options even with pay. Fix the app, fix the mobile permissions option to keep the watch connected. Do a better job!

Glucose monitor
The glucose monitor doesn’t measure correctly. The values are way low (tested on a diabetic person) far from reality (example measured value was 5.9, but in reality was 13) and always is repeating the same gap. Tried with another watch, same model, same errors. Changed watches, with third one, same. So for me, is clear. Don’t recommend

how to synchronize the phone's calendar with the watch through the application. it only recognizes my favorite contacts from the application, in the test anyone who contacts me from the people saved in the phone book on the watch only shows my phone number and not the name.
Disconnecting app
The app is disconnecting. Please fix it if you are a really a good app developer. We can return the watches and delete it if can not offer a good quality of using it.
No connection
I got the smart watch HW8 the other day and it’s been hours since i’ve been trying to connect it to my phone. Every time it scans the QR code when it’s loading the pairing, at the end it’s the same error. It won’t connect and it’s starting to bug me. I’ve tried reseting the watch, reinstalling the app and it’s the same everytime. Some enlightment would be nice.. before i return the watch and get another one.
Worst experience
The watch is keep disconnecting, I don’t receive notifications and contacts are not displayed.
