Wemo

It’s no longer a smart switch, the rules set previously working well no longer working now. No matter enable disable delete and recreate rules, nth work. Need to manually turn the switch on / off. How smart!

買了個wemo smart plug。在wemo app加不到裝置，只能加在homemit都算，smart plug斷電後根本連不到線，這麼大個bug都不處理。根本用不了！firmware 也沒地方更新。大家見到不要買，根本電子垃圾

Please fix the rubbish app. Rubbish manufacturer . Never buy your rubbish products again. All the time not working while keeping earning our money. Rubbish service

you are so-call a big scale enterprise, please spend more time on this app improvement.

The apps keep on struggling the old way of detecting with SSID. and the association with email. Multiple device sharing same account could get different device result. Device record cached everywhere. Open case to support, and that’s simply asking us to reset. Re-register. Difficult to get this work again. I’m a wemo user having 5 devices only ... cannot image how bad user experience with 10+ devices.

You need to improve the app

Totally disappointed and got frustrated as being a Wemo users for several years since the recent security update... the schedule function is not working even it showed it is active in the app... tried to reset all plugs back to factory mode n started all the new setting again... but still not working!! If there’s no further updates nor solution for the situation... I am gonna switch to Kasa instead.

After updated I can’t login to Wemo app!

Try lot of time but still cannot create ac after input email n password. Error message is the “error, please try again”. But again n again of error!
