The Wemo plug has worked well for a few years. But I have been unable to get it to connect to my new router. Have spent hours and factory restored and repeatedly followed the instructions til I’ve had to give up. I’m finished with it!!
I cannot get the Link or any bulbs to be detected and work. Belkin just say everything should be on the same network, but every mesh box has a network name, and they are all the same name, so how do I get them all on the same network? Terrible software, other smart bulbs do not have this problem and Belkin support do not have a clue how to fix it.
This used to work with just Home app. Now it doesn’t work at all
I can’t create an account and it is required to connect the power switch.
It had some issues but now it doesn’t work anymore, app keep crashing when trying to add the device back. There are other more stable devices out there. This one looks like its no longer supported.
After powercut WeMo link after reset says can’t connect to wifi in app but router shows it is connected. Tried two different wemo links thinking the powercut may be to blame still same issue Reset a million times bulbs and link . These are now no longer fit for purpose wouldn’t buy recommend or download the app again. Useless product. Sadly if you’re reading this you’ve probably invested and it’s too late.
No longer works with 1st gen switch. No support
Absolutely terrible app. Obviously never tested as it just hangs, provides no indication of what it’s doing, takes you down rabbit holes… just a really poor piece of…. Let’s just say Code.
thanks for still supporting these older devices. we run fans in summer and all the christmas lighting in winter. always reliable and stay setup.
