I like being able to watch the shows themselves but it’s not worth the aggravation of the spam that clutters up email boxes that you get every time you sign up to this app nor is it worth the aggravation of the ads popping up, especially when pausing. It’s like this app is a front for data mining rip off. I can watch my shows on other more ethical platforms. Bye.
I paid for subscription for VIP on my phone and it didn't unlock the VIP episodes. When I tired to make it work on my Apple TV it charged me for another subscription and that didn't work either!

Already subscribe to their monthly VIP and it keeps popping out payment failed. They already sent a confirmation that I subscribe to the monthly VIP. I sent a query to their customer service but no reply. Tried their FAQ but no use.
I love watching drama films from this app it has awesome series but the only problem is that I have to restart my phone after every episode for the subtitles to come on and it is irritating. Please do something so I can enjoy my movie in peace. Thank you.
Is there a cliche in the app because I’m trying to pay for the VIP monthly subscription but it keeps saying “payment failed” even tho I’ve got plenty of money in there, and I’m not owing seeing I just downloaded the app less than 2hrs a go for the first time, and no my card is also not owing anything since it’s a debt card. So it must be the app. It hasn’t even gotten my card details to pay for subscription because it won’t take you to payment details. I can’t even find it on the app. Can someone from customer services please help me with this matter because I still want to join the VIP to continue watching my favourite series.
