Have paid in full 1 yr subscription but the films keeps cutting out with the message “Failed to apply subscription status “ which is not true ? Is this a scam to pay more ?

WeTV has excellent content I watched all episodes of Soul Land and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I have a few complaints 1) the subtitles are not great they aren’t awful at least soul land I watch, most that clearly has enough fans to edit the subtitles to make them more intelligible but there are points where it can get real bad. It would be great if you could take somebody on who can translate properly as your shows really deserve and would hope VIP is making enough to cover somebody 2) The iPad app is portrait only until you select a video this is very frustrating on a 12.9 iPad Pro 3) the service only seems to work as intended on the phone and iPad app - the quality of the video feed is atrocious on Apple TV and web please fix this 4) the pop up ads when you pause is annoying and makes the app seem unofficial, I would consider removing these (especially from vip members) Over all I recommend checking out some of the shows here, especially Soul Land but I really wish more love and care was put into the subs as it clearly deserves it.

All the dramas from Taiwan are labelled as “Taiwan, China”. Absolutely disrespectful. Taiwan is a democratic country no matter how you’d refuse to recognise it.

This is a great app for free and paid entertainment. I’ve been watching Soul Land and thoroughly enjoying myself. Just a few things that hold this app back and shows like Soul Land from gaining very large audiences are in my opinion a) no proper horizontal support on the iPad app the app is always in portrait mode until you start a video which is annoying on iPad Pro. b) the subs are quite clearly machine translated 90% of the time and while they are occasionally edited by fans who take the time to edit them as they watch, this is not very common. While it gets better as the series goes on atleast with Soul Land it is still occasionally a distraction I wish wasn’t the case. Finally just a point on the service in general the only way this service seems to work correctly is on iPad or iPhone. On the website or on the Apple TV app. The quality of the video feeds is terrible even if you set it to VIP 1080p I think this probably has something to do with the “intelligent” streaming quality. I hope this can be corrected.

For a streaming service that allows you to watch dramas and anime in the UK.. HOW ARE MOST OF THEM NOT HAVING ENGLISH SUBTITLES!!!????

I’m paying every month for subscription but it won’t let me watch vip and also says my login is not resister.I am confused. I face the same problem before so I cancel my subscription but than I re joint it again. Last month I saw one series and when I tried to open today it says my email is not registered but than when I check in my apple subscription it’s it there taking money every month.. what a scam app is this??

Im uninstalling it right now coz every drama need subscription and I rather not watch than to waste money on the app or watch free somewhere else

I tried to AirPlay from my iPhone to my TV, both on the same WiFi network and it does not play on the TV. I use other apps and they automatically plays but not for weTV, so it’s poor user journey for me. Why would I pay a subscription if I can’t project to my TV automatically with Airplay which other apps do easily?

I liked using this app in the beginning and thought my VIP subscription was money well spent and value for money but this is not the case anymore. The app now has more adverts, the connection is not good and out and about, the episode releases are delayed now being belayed and flagged as ‘Express,’ which requires an additional payment to watch them supposedly ‘ahead of time.’ This was not the case before. I am now seeing these ‘Express’ episodes, especially for Dramas that are popular to the viewers. What is the point of paying for a ‘VIP’ subscription if the episode releases are delayed for and additional Express Subscription?! The VIP subscription is no longer value for money like this. Please review the overall subscription packages and stop adding on additional fees for service we were getting before as part of the VIP subscription service. Not happy

re subscribe using my email address, but it does not allow me to log in as VIP saying my VIP status refresh is slightly delayed but its has been more than a week now and I still cant watch series entitled for VIP. I can not find a way to contact technical support
